SHS Homecoming

2020 Stratford America Homecoming 

Stratford Students and Families, 

Homecoming is going to look a little different this year. However, we are looking forward to continuing the traditions we can and make homecoming a positive memory for our students. We have listed a couple key points of about Homecoming below… 

• The Homecoming game is on October 23rd, (visitors against Spring Woods HS) 

• Everyone is encouraged to still ask dates. 

• We will be sending out a comprehensive list of where students can purchase mums and garters. Unfortunately, band will not be selling them this year. 

• Tickets sales will open online the Wednesday before the game at noon. 

• There will NOT be a Homecoming Dance this year due to social distancing protocols. 

• Homecoming King and Queen will be crowned at halftime during the game. 

• Homecoming Court voting will take place the week of the game. 

• Each day of Homecoming Week will have specific dress up theme days. 

COVID-19 presents us all with a lot of difficulties. In order for Homecoming to happen, we ask for everyone’s optimism and cooperation. It will require everyone’s support. Wear your mask, socially distance, and help Stratford America continue to be the amazing community that it is. We are extremely optimistic for what this event will do for our school spirit, and excited to see our students in October.
